In order to reach the desired height of 4.8 meters for the UNICOGabion structure, our team designed the structure into 4 separate modular systems. These sections were constructed as rectangular boxes, with dimensions of 1.2 meters in height and length and 0.6 meters in width. The modular design of the UNICOGabion structure not only made it easy to handle and assemble, but also facilitated transportation and installation. The 1.2-meter sections were repeated throughout the 14 meter long length to achieve the desired structure. To ensure stability and safety, posts with base plates were integrated into the UNICOGabion structure. These posts were firmly fixed to the foundation with anchor bolts, providing the necessary support to prevent the structure from falling. Additionally, the use of pre-galvanized steel wires for the UNICOGabion structure, combined with state-of-the-art powder coating, ensured that the structure was corrosion-resistant and would maintain its premium look for years to come.

One of the main challenges in creating a beautiful gabion wall is selecting the right stones for placement within the gabion boxes. Our design team carefully considered the size, shape, and quality of the stones to ensure that the final result would complement the design of the gabion structure. During installation, our team carefully placed the stones in each gabion box to achieve the desired aesthetic effect.
